Information Collected from Users
SOUTHWEST WHEEL® collects the email addresses of Users that sign up for our newsletter or emails a question or comment to SOUTHWEST WHEEL®. SOUTHWEST WHEEL® also collects the billing and shipping addresses, including relevant email, phone and credit card numbers and expiration dates of Users who purchase a product from SOUTHWEST WHEEL® through the Site. This includes Users who register for a SOUTHWEST WHEEL® account. SOUTHWEST WHEEL® does not store a User's credit card information, credit card information must be re-entered each time an item is purchased.
Through the use of "cookies" (For more information regarding Cookies, see below), SOUTHWEST WHEEL® may collect and store information relating to a User’s browsing activity, including, for instance, the User's browser version, site referral information, IP address, operating system, and other technical Site use information.

Provide Users with important functionality changes to the Site, new SOUTHWEST WHEEL® services, and special offers from SOUTHWEST WHEEL®.
Updating or Deleting User Information
SOUTHWEST WHEEL® offers Users who have provided Information an opportunity to review the Information provided to update or correct any errors. Users also can update or delete any Information provided to SOUTHWEST WHEEL® or make choices about whether to receive special offers from SOUTHWEST WHEEL®. To update or delete Information previously provided, sign into your account, and edit your profile. To have your name removed from any mailing lists or other promotional distribution list, send a reply email with the word ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line of the email. SOUTHWEST WHEEL® does not sell to any third party any of the personal information you provide to complete your order. Furthermore, SOUTHWEST WHEEL® will not sell your email address, phone number, mailing address, or any other contact information with any other third party. SOUTHWEST WHEEL® may disclose information about our Users to others if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or legal process, to respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of SOUTHWEST WHEEL® or others. SOUTHWEST WHEEL® may disclose Information to a third party in the event that another company acquires SOUTHWEST WHEEL® or part of its assets.

The Site may provide hyperlinks, which are highlighted words or pictures within a hypertext document that, when clicked, take you to another place within the document, to another document altogether, or may take you to a third party website not controlled by SOUTHWEST WHEEL®. SOUTHWEST WHEEL® is not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected through these web sites, and SOUTHWEST WHEEL® expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such collection, use, or disclosure.
The SOUTHWEST WHEEL® Site is not directed towards children under 13 years of age and SOUTHWEST WHEEL® does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age through the Site.
Sale or Acquisition
In the event that another company acquires SOUTHWEST WHEEL® or all or part of its assets, we reserve the right to include Information among the assets transferred to the acquiring company.
