Description

1999-2004 Ford conversion kit. Includes two front and two rear adapters for dual wheel trucks to increase wheel size to 19.5", 22.5", and 24.5" dual wheels. Converts Ford 125.10mm center bore 8-170mm hub piloted bolt center to a 220mm center bore 10-285.75mm bolt circle. Do not use with a single wheel truck. Do not bolt adapter on an adapter.
